R&R Orchids Shipping Policy​

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, some of our incoming inventory shipments may be delayed

R&R Shopping Policy

We will ship your orchids within the US mainland states. In the future, we may offer international shipping, as well.

Hawaiian clients: Choose 2-day shipping. You will save a huge amount of money.

West Coast clients:  We suggest Express Shipping. Ground from FL to CA takes 5-7 days.

All of our Vanda orchids will be shipped in spike or blooming, when available. If you would prefer to get your orchids in spike, be sure to choose that option when ordering. Spike selections that are available include small, medium, and large. The final selection will be made by the grower. However, we encourage you to leave a note about some color options you would prefer, so we can do our best to assure that you get the orchids you want.

R&R Orchids isn’t responsible for any damage that is done to your order while it is being shipped, as this is outside of our control. We will package every order with care and precision. While it is rare that our customers receive damaged orchids, we want you to know it is possible.

All orders are shipped on Mondays, as to avoid weekend delays or damages. We will ship your order the very next Monday after the order is received. 

R&R Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept returns or make exchanges if you send back a plant that is alive. R&R Orchids will not be responsible for the shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, unless there is a problem with the orchid you have received.

Here at R&R Orchids, we want all of our customers to enjoy their orchid purchases. We will work with all of our customers to assure this happens.

When ordering the Pre Orders, we will wait until all of these items arrive to us before shipping. 
If you have ordered Vandas AND Pre Orders together, we will still hold the entire order until the 
Pre Orders are ready. If this does NOT work for you, let us know. In any event, you may at any time until your order ships, request a full refund which will be promptly given.
